
Loosing weight sometimes can be very difficult and in some cases even impossible. It seems that you are doing everything right in order to lose weight, but you still don’t get any results. That means you are following wrong or misguided diet, routine or advice. Here is a few wrong ways of trying to lose weight:
- No food after 6pm

This mostly occurs among woman. They believe that eating after 6pm will make you gain weight and especially fat. However, the is no studies that shows any evidence of gaining weight because of eating late at night. In many cases, women choose to eat a big, high-calorie meal before 6pm in order not to feel hungry later. This leads to ever eating and weight gain.
- Drinking less water

Many women believe that drinking too much water will make you gain weight and look bloated. Having insufficient amount of water in the body makes it even harder to lose weight. When your body feels that there is not enough water, it will start to store it and it will make you gain weight.
- Pills

One of the worst ways of losing weight is slimming pills. Slimming pills are just pills filled with caffeine and diuretics that leads to dehydration and other problems.
- Crash diets

Crash diets are very dangerous and unnecessary thing to do. Starving will not help you to lose weight. It even may lead to weight gain. Crash diet makes your body weak and vulnerable. You start to crave for high-fat and high-sugar foods and when you give in you tend to eat more then you should. This leads to weight gain.
